A certain amount of personal data is collected by heyimjo.com (Maven of Momentum) at the time of making a purchase. This includes information provided when booking a 1:1 sessions. 

All information gathered by Maven of Momentum of Jo Delacourt Smith, either on paper or through the online booking process, is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. It is kept securely in the Hubspot CRM (see their Privacy Policy), and only viewed by Jo Delacourt Smith.

How Maven of Momentum uses your Contact Information

When booking an The Advisory Approach package or The Hands-On Approach Packaged, upon agreement of proposal, you will be required to sign the Marketing Consultancy Agreement, and agree to the terms of service listed.

All emails are sent through a secure permission-based email system called Flodesk (view their Privacy Policy), or via Hubspot. Subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time.
