How long does it take to start seeing results with this approach?
This depends entirely on where you would like to focus on. I always suggest at least a 3-month commitment so that we can ensure we're seeing results and have the time to pivot and adjust our approach. However, if you're only wanting to work on a specific area, such as sales emails, this would be much shorter.
Can this approach be customised to fit my specific business needs and goals?
Yes, absolutely! Every business is different, and everyone works differently. I will meet you were you are at and together we can decide how best to work together.

During my 15 years + of working in marketing and communications, I've worked with start ups in the tech industry, people in the wellness and creative industries, plus across private, public and third sectors.
How will our communication process work? How often will we meet and through what medium?
Typically we would meet on a weekly basis for an hour for the coaching/ collaboration session. In between those times we can communicate via email, or Google chat.

I am known for not being afraid to dive into any technology and my skills range across multiple Email Marketing Platforms, Online Teaching Platforms, CRM platforms, Social Media Scheduling Software, and AI Content Creation tools and more! How do you handle changes in digital marketing trends and algorithms?
I regularly keep up to date with the ever changing digital landscape through attending online webinars and marketing courses and programs. Along with reading regular publications via leaders in the marketing field. I'm also the Communications Advisor for the Conscious Marketing Movement.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the results or the direction of our collaboration?
An important value of mine is open communication. I am very particular about who I work with, and if I don't think we're a good fit, or the services your after are not what I provide, I will be honest and try and direct you to an industry peer who suits your needs. I understand that times change and it's important to me to be flexible and agile when working with a client. This is something we can discuss further at my free Momentum Match Meet.

What's your process for developing a digital marketing strategy?
My first port of call is helping you create a foundational roadmap, from their we have a strategy call to go through your roadmap and start to identify the goals you have for your business.
How much time will I need to invest in this approach?
The minimum amount of time is 1 hour per week for our coaching call, outside of that it is up to you how much time you spend on working on your business. I will provide advice on project and campaign planning and timescales and we can work together to help you reach each milestone you set.
What is the minimum and maximum time we can work together?
I encourage you to work with me for a minimum of 3 months to ensure we get the most out of our time together, however, I also offer month-by-month accountability partnership which we can discuss at a Momentum Match Meet.
If after the 3 months together, you'd like continued accountability partnership, I am happy to do this, again, we can discuss what that would look like at our Momentum Match Meet.
How will you measure the success of the strategies implemented?
We will ideally work from your current data, however, if you do not have that to hand, we will begin by using a benchmark set by your industry.
