Digital Marketing Predictions for 2024

Written by Jo Delacourt | Jan 4, 2024 5:38:28 PM

Over the years, I've seen people publish articles, papers, and posts on their digital marketing predictions for the coming year.

Some are based on surveys, reviewing that data and making an informed observation; others are based on people's experience or their keen eye on following trends.

So this year, I decided, for a bit of fun, to share my digital marketing predictions for 2024, which I look forward to reviewing in December to see how close (or how far off) I am.

Leveraging AI Technology

Coaches, Consultants, and Small Businesses are going to need to learn how to leverage AI technology authentically. It may be a sticking point for you right now, but if you want to be able to have more time doing what you love, then you'll need to get to grips with using AI tools to automate and streamline your work.

1:1 Coaching and Community Focus

People want to feel like they're on this journey together, so 1:1 coaching and consulting with a community focus is what will help coaches, consultants, and small businesses thrive in 2024.

Collaborations and Networking

Playing off each other's strengths will be better at driving social changes, social responsibility and sustainability efforts. It also helps with personal growth, tackling loneliness (in our remotely connected world), and of course, it will likely help you expand your client-base. You can read more about these benefits in my article The Art of Networking: Maximising Your Impact at a Networking Event.

Ethical Business Practices

Ethical business practices and digital marketing will be at the forefront of consumers' minds. The conscious consumer will continue to rise in popularity, and they will be looking to work with coaches, consultants and small businesses who can prove how they are working towards positive changes for people, animals and the planet. Offering Affordable Services

With money being tight for many people, we will have to think about how to offer our services but still make enough money to support our livelihood. Gone are the days of one-up-manship; the doors are opening for those who want to spread wealth and ensure all prosper as much as possible during this global financial crisis.
